No, we do not offer wedding planning services. However, we can provide you with a list of reputable wedding planners in the area.

Our minimum rental time is 3 days for Lodge and 1 day for the event center.

For wedding and events you must use a TIPS certified bar tender. Ask us for options for this.

The Lodge at Crestview Ranch is a blend of the conventional Short Term Rental (STR) stay and a Do-It-Yourself wedding venue.  Our package is perfect for a Micro-wedding (and other small events; reunions, celebrations, retreats, etc.) where the hosts and guests can focus more on each other's company under the beautiful rustic settings while minimizing costs and travel.

Booking our Venue: you can make reservations directly through your favorite STR platform: AirBnB or VRBO.

Venue fee: in addition to the nightly rate paid through AirBnb/VRBO there is a one time $3,995 fee to host an event and a separate Event contract to be completed.  It allows you to host up to 50 guests during the day with 25 guests staying overnight.  You will have access to the wedding arbor, platform, and additional wedding items from our "something borrowed" closet: décor, vases, decorative furniture, tables/chairs with white linens, and rustic log benches (weather permitting).    

Additional Requirements and Options:

1. Event contract.
2. TIPS certification for bartenders for any event with greater than 25 guests , and caterers license/info (no restrictions).
3. Inquire about our Pre-approved musician for your live indoor music entertainment.
4. Short term rental property damage insurance.
5. Event insurance with $2 Million coverage with the Lodge at Crestview Ranch named as a beneficiary, this can be obtained via your insurance company, and in case of unplanned cancellations go to www.wedsafe.com.

Crestview Lodge allows you to bring your own food and alcohol. Additional details include:
